The Montana Law Review is proud to introduce its new website, and with it, our first venture into electronic publishing. Ushering the Review into this new era, Professor Larry Howell has written an article entitled: Once Upon a Time in the West: Citizens United, Caperton, and the War of the Copper Kings. To accompany Professor Howell’s article, the Review has digitized its past Legal Shorts in a text searchable format. The Review will continue to publish electronic articles on a limited basis and welcomes submissions from authors interested in publishing in such a format.
